We collect what you type into the quote form, and we pass it to licensed wildlife operators so they can contact you about the job. That is the whole business. This page says exactly what is collected, why, who gets it and how to make us delete it.
Who operates this site
Trade Frontage, Ontario, Canada, trading as Hattiesburg Wildlife Removal, operates hattiesburgwildliferemoval.com. We are an independent information and referral service. We are not a licensed wildlife control operator and we do not perform removals.
Privacy questions, data requests and deletion requests: privacy@tradefrontage.com.
This site serves Hattiesburg, Mississippi, but it is operated from Ontario, Canada, and the hosting and email that support it may store data in the United States, Canada or the European Union. If you submit the form, your details will be handled outside your own state and may cross a national border. Submitting it is your agreement to that.
What we collect, and why each item is there
| What | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Name | So the operator knows who they are calling. |
| Phone number | Required. It is how an operator responds — this is a callback service. |
| Email (optional) | A fallback if the phone number fails. Leave it blank if you prefer. |
| Address or area (optional) | Wildlife work is priced by access and travel. An operator cannot quote a roof they cannot place. |
| Animal, location, urgency, message | So the right operator responds, and knows whether it is an emergency. |
| The page you submitted from | Tells us which pages are actually useful. No cross-site tracking is involved. |
| IP address and browser user-agent | Two purposes, both defensive: rate-limiting abusive submissions, and forming part of the record that you consented to be contacted. |
| The consent wording you agreed to, its version, and the time | So that if anyone later questions whether you asked to be contacted, there is a precise answer rather than an assertion. |
We do not collect date of birth, financial details, government identifiers or anything about your household beyond the animal problem you describe. Please do not put sensitive personal information in the message box — it is not the place for it.
Who we share it with
Licensed wildlife control operators serving Forrest County and the surrounding area. That is the point of the form, and it is what the consent box asks you to agree to. Those operators are independent businesses, not our staff or agents. Once your details reach them, their own privacy practices apply as well as ours, and we do not control what they do.
We may be paid by an operator for the introduction — a monthly fee or a per-enquiry fee. You are never charged. We do not sell personal information for advertising, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Beyond that, data is handled only by the companies that host this site and carry its email, acting on our instructions, and by anyone we are legally required to disclose to.
Being contacted, and stopping it
Ticking the consent box asks us to have operators contact you at the number and email you gave, about the job you described. It can include automated dialling or a pre-recorded message, and standard message and data rates may apply. It is not a condition of buying anything.
To stop: tell the operator directly, reply STOP to a text, or email privacy@tradefrontage.com and we will remove you from anything we control. Withdrawing consent does not undo contact that already happened, and we may keep a record that you withdrew — otherwise we would have no way to honour it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from submission, then deleted, unless a longer period is needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Consent records are kept for as long as the enquiry, for the reason given above. Ask us to delete sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email privacy@tradefrontage.com. We will not charge you for asking and we will not treat you differently for it.
Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights — several U.S. states and Canadian federal law both give rights of access and correction. We apply the list above to everyone rather than asking you to prove which regime covers you. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to your state Attorney General or, in Canada, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions go to a database that is not reachable from the web, and the admin area is password-protected. That is a reasonable standard for a site of this size; it is not a guarantee, and no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Cookies
One session cookie, used only to stop other sites forging form submissions. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party embeds — which is why there is no consent banner. The full detail is on the Cookie Policy.
Children
This site is meant for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted the form, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we share your details will not be applied retroactively to enquiries already submitted.
