1. Who you are dealing with
hattiesburgwildliferemoval.com is operated by Trade Frontage, Ontario, Canada, trading as Hattiesburg Wildlife Removal. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or the form.
2. We are not a wildlife control operator
Hattiesburg Wildlife Removal holds no wildlife control licence. We do not trap, exclude, remove, handle or dispose of animals, and we do not perform attic restoration. We are an information and referral service that connects property owners with licensed operators who do that work.
We are an independent local resource, not a licensed wildlife control operator. We connect homeowners with licensed operators in their area, and may be compensated when we do.
3. We do not vet, employ or guarantee the operators
Operators we introduce you to are independent businesses. They are not our employees, partners or agents. We do not supervise their work, set their prices, or guarantee their licensing, insurance, workmanship, conduct or availability.
Any agreement you make is between you and them. Before work starts, verify their licence with your state wildlife agency, confirm they carry insurance, and get the scope and price in writing. If something goes wrong with the work, your claim is against the operator, not against us.
4. Nothing here is legal, veterinary or professional advice
The pages on this site describe nuisance wildlife and the law around it in general terms. Nothing here is legal advice. Wildlife law changes and enforcement varies — confirm anything that affects a permit or a prosecution with your state wildlife agency. Nothing here substitutes for a licensed operator inspecting your property, or for confirming a rule with MDWFP.
5. Accuracy, and the limits of it
We research this material against published agency sources and date every page so you can see how current it is. We still cannot promise it is complete, current or correct for your situation — rules change, agencies reorganise, and prices move. Use it as a starting point, not as the final word.
6. Prices are illustrative
Cost ranges on this site are general market indications to help you judge whether a quote is reasonable. They are not offers, estimates or quotes, and nobody is bound by them. Only an operator who has seen your property can price the job.
7. Photographs and illustrations
Images on this site are illustrative and are marked as such. They are computer-generated or licensed stock. They do not depict work performed by us or by any operator we introduce, and they are not photographs of any specific address.
8. Using the form honestly
Please submit your own details, or details you are authorised to submit, and do not use the form to send someone else's contact information, to advertise, or to submit automated or abusive requests. We may refuse or delete submissions and block access for misuse.
9. Our content
The text, diagrams and page designs on this site are ours. You are welcome to read, print and link to them. Please do not republish them wholesale as your own. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine and encouraged.
10. Availability
We try to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with an operator introduced through it — including property damage, further animal damage, or loss caused by work an operator did or failed to do.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ontario, Canada, where the site is operated. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the state or country where you live, and it does not prevent you from bringing a claim where you are entitled to bring one.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised version.
